Boston On-the-Go Notebook

In October, I traveled to Boston to meet up with my old roomates/grad school friends! It had been 5 years since we all saw each other, so I was incredibly excited for this trip and this time with them!

Before I left, I put together an On-the-Go Traveler's Notebook in a passport sized TN. I used printables from my shop and worked on it the same way I outlined it in my On-the-Go Traveler's Notebook Workshop. I was having so much fun while I was traveling that I really didn't do anything in my notebook. Which is totally fine! Because the framework was already there, it was really easy to sit down and work on it when I got home.

Here are all of the pages:

I mainly used Cocoa Daisy's October Cozy Season kits + their Halloween add-on for this project. It was October in Boston, so I was expecting to wear sweaters and scarves. But no! I had to buy a tshirt when we were walking around the first day because I was sweating so badly! But I embraced all of the fall themed products in these kits and just made them work, despite the bright blue skies!

The kits + my printables got me about 90% of the way and then I added in a few random die cuts or labels, word stickers, plus some stamping. I also used my Mildliners to add color to the journaling cards by filling in the main words and adding a dropbox to a few of the rectangular elements. And for any bullet points you see, I used Zig's Dot Markers.

On the last page, I made a collage of ephemera from a magazine and business card that I picked up in Salem. There wasn't a lot of ephemera this trip but it was just enough to finish up my notebook!
